Why The Talent Labs and Why Now?

Changing the name of our organisation was a big decision. Since 2007, The Firm has supported thousands of talent acquisition professionals worldwide, providing expertise, insights, resources, and learning, dedicated to recruiting excellence. Our thriving community helps us to stay close to our members and close to the challenges they face every day.

However, as the landscape of work evolves, so must we. Organisations today are facing significant talent challenges—from skills gaps to advancing technology, and from increasing competition to demographic shifts, set against a backdrop of economic uncertainty. As the challenges in the talent space intensify, traditional, siloed approaches to talent management simply won’t cut it anymore.

So as the landscape of work evolves, talent teams must adapt and so do we. Our re-launch reflects a shift towards a 360-approach to talent, joining the dots between talent acquisition, management and development, transforming the ability of our members to recruit, retain, and nurture talent in a fast-changing world.
