With over 15 years’ experience in TA, I have worked and led teams at some of the UK’s cutting-edge STEM organisations such as Bentley Motors (VW Group), Alstom/GE and Raytheon Technologies.

In more recent years, I have been specialising in developing and coaching in-house TA capability, so the transition to working for The Talent Labs has been a natural progression.
