Welcome to #Collaborate London for Talent Acquisition!

For the first time, The Talent Labs are excited to announce that #Collaborate London will be an in person conference with two separate events running simultaneously, covering Talent Acquisition, Management, and Development, bringing together individuals and organisations from across the talent space.

This will be the first time The Talent Labs will host a dedicated day tailored to those in the Talent Management/Development space.

#Collaborate London (formally Firmday) is a must-attend event for talent acquisition professionals looking to stay ahead in a fast-evolving landscape. This all-day in-person event features interactive sessions on the changing roles of TA professionals, AI and it’s impact on online assessment, change management and resilience, plus more!

The changing roles & responsibilities of TA professionals

  • Zooming in on recruiters, we have see an evolution of activities performed over time. This session will contain valuable learning as to which skills can help the efficiency of a recruiters performance.
  • Anna Airoldi, Revelio Labs has been working on a job comparison report that tracks “activities performed” by titles across companies. Zooming in on recruiters, we see an evolution of activities performed over time.

How AI is answering your online tests, and what you can do about it

  • This session will give you practical takeaways including: understanding which tests are vulnerable; easy-wins you can implement now; long-term updates to your assessment strategy; and how to write a policy on candidates’ use of Gen AI.
  • We will see examples of how generative AI can answer online tests, and what scores the latest ChatGPT can achieve on different types of assessment.

Data-led talent attraction with the human touch – An Amazon case study

  • The recruitment market continues to be challenging for employers and whilst many businesses claim to be confident about hiring the people they need, recruitment specialists still struggle to find candidates.
  • Cathy Hyde, Agency Director, and Colin Barnett, Associate, We Optimise will speak about the launch and growth of Amazon’s Flex gig-economy programme and the Delivery Partner role, and how precision marketing played a pivotal role in the response to the ever-growing demand for immediate delivery.
