Rachel spent over 20 years working as an in-house recruiter and Leader for the likes of Nokia, Fluor and Unilever, prior to joining The Talent Labs in 2018. With responsibility for developing strategies that further strengthen The Talent Labs’s membership and training propositions, Rachel is passionate about upskilling recruiters and hiring managers and loves nothing more than presenting or facilitating one of the many Firm events, training sessions and masterclasses. 

Rachel is a frustrated pop star at heart and is often found singing into her hairbrush when not in the recording studio.
